Chicago Grinding uses Burny 5 computer control devices to carefully
and precisely cut steel into whatever shape the
customer may need. These oxyfuel machines use a flame torch that moves across a plane to cut
material into specific dimensions. The parts are CAD and then sent
to our Burnys. We also use batch planning for greater efficiency in the
process. Commonly referred to as burning and the parts
manufactured as burnouts, these machines can create a wide variety of
parts in varying thickness and compliment our grinding capabilities. The pictures below are just
a few examples of the work in process and finished products. If
you have inquiries about CNC Flame Cutting or Burning, contact a customer service
representative today. |
