Mattison Grinding / Surface Grinding

    We have an assortment of Mattison machines including our Mattison Plano Surface Grinder.  On the Plano we have the ability to grind up to a width of 72" on the magnetic chuck, or up to 80" blending the width.  This machine can grind up to 180 inches on chuck in length, or 260 inches blending.  It has a maximum height of 62 inches and has 125 horsepower spindle.  It is one of the largest grinding machines of its kind in America. 

   Our other Mattison surface grinding machines have various capacities.  These machines have a wide range of capabilities to meet your every grinding need.  We can hold  tolerances of .001 on these machines and finishes of 32 micro.
